Functie

• Create and maintain customer data
• Set, monitor, and maintain credit limits
• Process bank transactions
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve pending orders
• Follow up on invoice discrepancies
• Determine applicable financial agreements for new clients
• Create reports and analyses in Excel
• Prepare and submit monthly overdue receivables reports
• Propose process improvements and participate in financial projects

Profiel

• MBO-level education and a background in financial administration
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with ERP systems is essential
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Dutch
• Strong communicator and team player with persuasive skills
• Informal and open mindset with a focus on clear communication
