Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations - Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing clear guidance on policies, procedures, and workplace matters. Coach and support managers in effectively leading their teams.
- HR Service Delivery - Coordinate and support key People & Culture processes, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, delivering inductions, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Performance & Development - Assist managers with performance review processes, support individual development plans, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
- Policy & Compliance - Ensure HR policies remain up to date and aligned with legal and organisational standards. Support compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Culture & Engagement - Champion diversity, inclusion, and engagement initiatives. Organise and support events that reinforce our culture and values.
- HR Data & Reporting - Maintain accurate HR records (BambooHR), liaise with Finance regarding payroll queries, and provide HR metric reporting.
Who are you?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 3 years of experience in a human resources or advisory role.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
- An interest in trading, FX, crypto, or general finance (desired).
- Experience with BambooHR (desired).
