A top-tier quantitative asset management firm in Hong Kong is currently looking to hire an Administrative Manager with 5-10 years of work experience. This position encompasses a wide range of office management responsibilities, including office space maintenance and overseeing daily operational routines.

- Oversee daily administrative operations, including facilities management, vendor management, office supplies, record-keeping, and equipment maintenance, to ensure a clean and well-organized office environment.
- Develop policies and procedures to establish clear and cohesive administrative operations and processes that support the business.
- Lead the transformation of administrative operations and processes, including digitizing workflows and optimizing efficiency.
- Manage internal communications, employee well-being initiatives, and employee feedback channels.
- Organize corporate events, employee engagement activities, and other ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements and Skills:
- More than 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the finance or technology industry.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong PC skills.
- Ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Positive work attitude, outgoing personality, and excellent communication skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
