Job Description and Responsibilities
As a member of our Client Services group, you will interact with clients from around the globe, including professional retail clients, advisors, and broker-dealers. Your goal will be to develop and maintain long-term client relationships through responsive and superior service while advancing our technology and expanding global product offerings.
- Handle client inquiries via various channels, including email, tickets, live chat, and phone calls.
- Become familiar with proprietary platforms, including trading systems and administrative portals, to educate clients in alignment with our self-service, highly automated business model.
- Assist clients in understanding the entire trading cycle, including funding processes, position transfers, corporate actions, margin calculations, and statement reconciliations.
- Troubleshoot client issues, take ownership when problems arise, and liaise with internal teams such as Legal & Compliance, Risk, IT, Cashiering, Clearing, and other service groups globally.
Qualifications
Core Competencies:
- Strong product knowledge in Equities, Options, Futures, and FX.
- Self-starter with analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to handle stress and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong plus.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience at a global financial institution (new graduates with a strong grasp of core competencies may also be considered).
- Preferably licensed with CMFAS 1A, 2A, 6, and 6A, or able to obtain licenses shortly after joining.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Bloomberg, UNIX, and/or basic programming is a plus.
- Candidates with experience in client services, middle/back-office operations, compliance, electronic trading, and fund administration will be prioritized.
