Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive tax planning strategies for clients.
- Provide expert advice on tax-related matters, including income tax, estate tax, and gift tax.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Collaborate with other financial advisors to integrate tax planning into overall financial plans.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Conduct tax research and analysis to identify opportunities for tax savings.
- Prepare and review tax returns and other tax-related documents.
- Educate clients on tax strategies and their impact on financial goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in individual tax planning
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex tax concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
