Service line: Centralized Audit and Assurance

Our Centralized A&A team are an integral part of the Audit & Assurance business. They provide an extensive range of audit quality, technical accounting, audit innovation and operational services to our Audit & Assurance professionals within the practice.

About the role
  • Ensuring the A&A department resourcing needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining and updating the scheduling system for A&A and ensuring the service requirements are met
  • Assisting in resolving clashes and pro-actively providing solutions
  • Ensuring scheduling processes are followed and understood by staff
  • Inputting into the workforce planning process (short term placements, secondments, etc.)
  • Providing reports for Management meetings with full responsibility for the accuracy of data provided
  • Liaising with the Learning team with regards to study leave for professional exams
  • Working with the Learning leads regarding the sourcing and scheduling of suitable facilitators for training courses

About you
  • Experience in support / administrative role preferable
  • Ability to plan, organise & prioritise workload to meet deadlines across a wide range of tasks
  • Good communication skills - written & verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong team work ethic
