Mandarin-Speaking HR Professional with SOE SFC firm experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment and employee relations while participating in the annual recruitment budget planning.
  • Oversee salary calculations and record-keeping for employee compensation and benefits, including MPF, taxation, staff attendance, annual leave, and group insurance plans.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and relevant projects.
  • Contribute to annual HR budget planning and cost control.
  • Support staff training activities.
  • Engage in various ad hoc projects.


Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field; study experience in Hong Kong or overseas is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Familiarity with local labour laws and employment regulations; experience with compensation and benefits management systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in HR and payroll-related software.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English.
