What you will do:

As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will be joining our Talent Acquisition (TA) team on a 12-month fixed term contract. In this role you will support our Campus Managers in France to hire interns and apprentices in high volumes. You will handle all administrative activities in the recruitment process and will have a strong focus on candidate experience, from supporting with their final interview to onboarding.

In this role you will:
  • Acting as main point of contact for interns / apprentices and their managers for various admin tasks: contracting, vetting, onboarding, contract amendments, contract interruptions, management of leavers and of absences as well as various other admin tasks
  • Conducting HR interviews with candidates at final stage interview for internship / apprenticeship roles in France
  • Managing contracting processes for interns / apprentices and collecting candidate documentation needed to hire and onboard.
  • Regular contact with students, hiring managers, campus managers and key point of contact to local colleges.
  • Maintaining and updating the ATS and reporting dashboards
  • Participating on current transformation projects and providing support to the TA team for other activities: job ad postings, shortlisting applications, values' assessments management and other ad hoc duties.

Requirements

You should apply if you have:
  • Master's degree within HR or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a Talent Acquisition team, with a good understanding of recruitment administrative processes; experience with interns and/or apprentices in high volumes in France is a plus
  • Experience working for an international company is preferred but not essential
  • Fluent in French and English is essential
  • Demonstrate strong team spirit with a high attention to detail
  • Adaptable, reliable and capable of managing multiple tasks at once
  • Proactive, self-driven and "can do" attitude
