Interpath is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Internal Event/team Co-ordinator to join our Office Services team.
As an Internal Event/team Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in help organising and executing a variety of events that represent our brand and engage our clients. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that all aspects of the events are well-coordinated and delivered to the highest standards.
All our events require very thorough and precise planning, execution and evaluation stages, so attention to detail is a key personal attribute for this role. Furthermore, excellent communication skills are required as the successful candidate will be required to liaise with multiple parties both internally and externally from operational level up to C-suite.

Requirements
- Coordinating and helping organise internal events in our London Office
- Supporting the marketing team to deliver on the ground support for internal events including seminars, conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
- Coordinating internal logistics, catering and technology needs.
- Managing and adhering to event budgets, negotiating with catering suppliers, and ensuring all expenses are tracked and reported to the correct cost centres.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to organise and prepare events effectively.
- Ensuring adherence to compliance and safety regulations during all events.
- Working on front of House as a meet and greet at agreed times.
- Helping the Senior EA's when needed on Administration tasks.
- Helping when available with the Office Services team.
