We are seeking a Commercial Credit Analyst I to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing requests for Branch Manager-level new money commercial loans, commercial line of credit renewals, express loans, annual reviews, credit cards, and PPCs. The position will provide the opportunity to grow into a Commercial Credit Analyst II . The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in commercial credit analysis and a passion for professional development within the banking industry.

Essential Job Functions:
- Underwrite commercial loans in accordance with the bank's credit policies, providing recommendations for approval or declination.
- Conduct thorough analysis and prepare detailed, written presentations of loan requests for submitting to approving authorities.
- Ensure efficient and effective communication with external and internal customers, accountants, and other key stakeholders.
- Assist in handling detail-oriented projects and requests as needed.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the bank's lending processes, departmental information systems, and compliance with applicable Federal and State regulations.
- Collaborate with other analysts and contribute positively to a team environment.
- Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word) for reporting, analysis, and communication.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
- At least 1 year of commercial credit experience preferred.
- Completion of a Credit Training Course is preferred.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative and positive attitude with the ability to contribute to team goals.
- Proactive in learning and keeping up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
