Job Description
The real estate project manager will assist the Global Head of Real Estate and General Services in the execution of the Real Estate roadmap, including, lease acquisitions and implementation of new ways of working.
The real estate project manager will be responsible for the portfolio analysis to help with decision making and will be responsible for some projects.

The real estate project manager will assist the Global Head of Real Estate and General Services in the execution of the Real Estate roadmap, including, lease acquisitions and implementation of new ways of working.
The real estate project manager will be responsible for the portfolio analysis to help with decision making and will be responsible for some projects.
Responsibilities
- Independently follow some international projects including financial analysis, lease negotiation, workplace guidelines communication and construction follow-up
- Support the production of cash flows, analysis, and documentation in case of real estate projects (lease acquisition, lease surrenders, new fit-out, etc.) for Comex
- Support the analysis and production of documentation for high-level transversal projects
- Be responsible for the real estate database: maintenance, data, analysis
- Participate to RFP processes for service providers selection
- Follow budget of the department
- Support ad-hoc analysis for general services
- Contribute to the implementation of the net zero carbon ambition of SCOR by 2030 in Operations
Qualifications
Required experience & competencies
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
- Experience within the real estate industry is advantageous.
- Professional certifications (e.g., Chartered Financial Analyst or Certified Commercial Investment Member) are a plus.
- 5+ years of real estate advisory or real estate projects experience
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field
