Restructuring - Director

The Director of Restructuring at Eight Advisory will take a leadership role in driving large-scale restructuring projects, working directly with senior management and boards to devise strategies that stabilize businesses in financial distress. You will be responsible for leading high-profile client engagements, managing teams, and developing innovative solutions for complex situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex restructuring projects from inception to execution, including financial, operational, and balance sheet restructurings.
• Engage directly with C-level executives and stakeholders, offering strategic advice and execution support.
• Develop and implement turnaround strategies that deliver measurable improvements in cash flow and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, lenders, and investors.
• Actively participate in business development efforts, identifying opportunities and driving growth for the practice.

• Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in restructuring, turnaround, or financial advisory services.
• Deep expertise in financial analysis, business planning, and negotiation.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing large teams and delivering impactful results.
• Work Proficiency in English, written & spoken
• Eligibility to work in the EU
