LHH is recruiting an "RM Assistant" for a dynamic and growing private bank in Geneva.

Responsibilities :
  • Managing and processing stock market orders in coordination with internal teams.
  • Handling RM schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating client appointments.
  • Managing client requests, ensuring efficient follow-up and resolution.
  • Providing overall support to RMs, including administrative tasks and documentation management.
  • Assisting with account operations and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
  • Liaising with internal departments (compliance, operations, trading desk, etc.)

Profile :
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a private bank.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and private banking operations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
