LHH is recruiting an "RM Assistant" for a dynamic and growing private bank in Geneva.

Responsibilities :
- Managing and processing stock market orders in coordination with internal teams.
- Handling RM schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating client appointments.
- Managing client requests, ensuring efficient follow-up and resolution.
- Providing overall support to RMs, including administrative tasks and documentation management.
- Assisting with account operations and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
- Liaising with internal departments (compliance, operations, trading desk, etc.)
Profile :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a private bank.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of financial products and private banking operations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
