Our client, a leading global financial institution, is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join their Data & Analytics Office in Krakow, Poland. This is an exciting opportunity to drive agile transformation and deliver high-impact data-related change across the organisation.

Position Overview

As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in deploying agile methodology within the Bank Change Framework guidelines and coordinating across teams. You will work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to align activities, facilitate self-organisation, and enable continuous improvement aligned with the product roadmap and customer expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with Product Owner and stakeholders
  • Facilitate and manage pods for agile delivery
  • Enable continuous improvement of change and run activities
  • Provide leadership and coaching for agile delivery
  • Shield the team from interruptions during sprints
  • Unblock impediments and maintain strong stakeholder communication
  • Lead the transformation to Agile Scrum methodology
  • Provide motivational leadership and support team growth
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Experience in financial services, preferably data-related change
  • Understanding of transition from Waterfall to Agile
  • Ability to apply Agile and Scrum practices effectively
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience working with and scaling agile frameworks
  • Proficiency in Agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Relevant certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe) are advantageous
  • Effective governance and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working within a global matrix organisation model
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
