Our client, a leading global financial institution, is seeking an experienced PMO to support their Data & Analytics change programme in Krakow. This is an exciting opportunity to drive data-led transformation and optimise value for customers in a collaborative environment.

Position Overview

The PMO will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of the Data & Analytics change programme, supporting the Programme Manager in meeting objectives within cost, quality, and timescale targets while upholding robust governance and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
  • Support Programme Manager in delivering to business plans
  • Monitor and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies for resolution
  • Manage delivery governance arrangements adhering to change framework
  • Track and report on budgets, expenditure, and benefits realisation
  • Facilitate effective programme governance meetings and communications
  • Implement delivery standards, conducting quality assurance checks
  • Manage project documentation, process documents, and information sources
  • Provide expertise on agile methodologies and tools
  • Contribute insights to the Data & Analytics Centre of Excellence
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a PMO role
  • Experience in data-related change, preferably within financial services
  • Working knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Proficiency with agile tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Familiarity with the organisation's standards and processes
  • Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical abilities
  • Experience designing and implementing process improvements
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
