This is an opportunity to join a team of advisors who are rapidly growing their business. The position will allow you to learn all aspects of the business, with the goal of eventually managing a portion of the client book of business.
The primary role of the Wealth Associate is to provide investment and relationship management support to a team of advisors. This includes any and all daily, monthly, and annual research and reporting tasks to support the end-client's needs. The Wealth Associate helps the advisor maintain their practice and contribute to the business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication and customer services skills, and a proven ability to adapt to a changing work environment.

$70,988-$118,313/year
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. Responsibilities:
- Provide support for overall client relationship building, business development activities, and effective service model execution
- Possess knowledge and demonstrate ability to assist Financial Advisors in presenting total wealth management solutions including investment research, selection of investments and overall financial planning
- Perform business analytics as needed to support financial advisors in the growth of the business
- Participate in portfolio performance reviews; analyze and interpret portfolio performance and make recommendations to financial advisors for potential change
- Create, and maintain financial plans for clients
- Manage and execute the trading for the firm
- Effectively deliver and launch sales process discipline, helping to prospect for new business and expand client relationships
- Participate in the firm's Investment Committee to develop customized asset allocation strategies and investment solutions for clients; including risk management/insurance and tax/estate planning and develop customized investment solutions and asset allocation strategies for clients
- Support the management of client relationships within the advisor team book of business
Qualifications:
- Series 7 and Series 66 required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Business Administration preferred
- 2 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector preferred
- Professional accreditation preferred: CFP, CFA, ChFC, CIMA, CPA
- Proactive self-starter that is organized with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong time management with competing priorities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster relationships with clients, coworkers, and internal/external partners
- Ability to analyze and research information with a logical approach to problem solving
- Proficiency in CRM applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
