What will you do?
- Operational Effectiveness - Ultimate accountability for Group Invoicing and Reconciliations teams locally. This includes data acquisition and system support, client fee setup, production and controls, sub-custodian invoice process payment. Responsible with the reconciliation investor reporting function for all entities across all classes.
- Risk Management - Ensure procedures are adequate to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory & audit requirements as well as internal risk management policies. Mitigate financial/reputational risk by ensuring appropriate structure, resources, procedures and controls are developed and maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements or company policies.
- Client Service, Sales and Relationship management support - Accountable for ongoing satisfaction of clients by ensuring deliverables meet client needs and expectations. Acts as the most senior point of contact for escalated operational issues.
- General Management - Participate as a member Operations Management Team, in the development, implementation and execution of strategies and business plans across the business.

- 10-15 years financial services industry experience in an operations environment.5-10 years' experience in managing large groups of operations professionals.
- Superior interpersonal and networking skills with a proven track record of dealing with clients, industry associations, senior management, colleagues and staff.
- Superior communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong innovation and change management orientation.
- Business Consultant: Ability to understand both finance and business realities to challenge decisions.
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
- Accounting qualification is an asset.
