We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Transaction Services team in Zurich as an Intern (4-6 months). The Transaction Services team in Zurich mainly provides buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to support its private equity and corporate clients in M&A processes.

The Transaction Services team in Zurich mainly provides buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to support its private equity and corporate clients in M&A processes.
- You will work as a fully integrated team member on buy- and sell-side Financial Due Diligence projects
- From the start, you will be given responsibility on our Financial Due Diligence projects and you will receive an in-depth on-the-job training to deepen your understanding of the mechanisms of buy- and sell-side M&A processes.
- You will be coached by a mentor who is available at any time to support you with professional or personal advice. Graduates may have the opportunity to be offered a permanent position after a successful internship.
Job requirements
- Motivated, proactive, reliable and stress-resistant team member who is eager to assume responsibility and to work independently
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree from a recognized university/ business school with preferably a major in Finance, Accounting, business administration or similar
- Previous internships or work experience in finance e.g. audit/ accounting/ M&A/ Controlling is a plus
- Good accounting skills (IFRS, Swiss GAAP, etc.) and a basic understanding of business valuation
- Excellent analytical skillset and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Good MS Excel / financial modeling skills; experience with analytical tools e.g. PowerBI, Alteryx is a plus
- Excellent German (preferably native speaker) and professional written and spoken English
