We have an exciting opportunity for a client focused Manager to join our growing firm within our Business Advisory team .
The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting our clients' individual needs by providing innovative solutions and advice, as well as build their own referral network. You will also supervise the team and flow of tasks to ensure that work is allocated and reviewed, and that team members are supported and developed.

About you :
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum of 6 years experience in public practice; preferably Big 4 or Mid-Tier
- Completed a degree in accounting/finance and the CA/CPA program or any further study that would benefit the team
- Being well experienced in using accounting software including APS, FYI and cloud-based tools, e.g. Xero, QuickBooks
- Great knowledge of accounting standards and reporting responsibilities, with the ability to pass this knowledge onto others
- Excellent research skills and able to accurately interpret taxation and other relevant legislation and rulings
- Ensuring excellence in the provision of service to our clients
- Being a great leader that leads by example and drives a positive, high-performance, and engaged team culture
- Have a positive, helpful and solution driven mindset with an excellent attention to detail and a good understanding of numbers
