- The position is responsible in facilitating and maintaining the relationship between the organization and the vendors/partners, negotiating contracts, creating standards for the vendors, and finding the best available vendors. It includes ensuring the engagement complies with the Third-Party Risk Management operating guidelines.
The position is also responsible in assisting the Records Officer in administering the various records management functions under the operating guidelines. It includes responsibility for the development, implementation and maintenance of records policy guidelines, records retention schedules, records inventory to ensure all records comply with the retention schedule.

- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive team player with ability to forge stakeholder partnerships and to influence decision-making
- Solid communication and presentation skills, and proficient in MS Office applications to prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation
- Effective time management skills to prioritize and multi-task
- Self-motivated and agile, able to quickly adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)
- College graduate with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or equivalent. Six Sigma certified is an advantage but not required.
- At least 5 years of experience in Vendor Management.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)
- Vendor Management and Sourcing
- Seek 3rd Party vendors who can help fulfill the capacity/demand plans of the organization and recommend potential long-term partnerships
- Ensure accreditation procedure and contract management are executed before on-boarding of service providers.
- Maintain vendor information and perform regular assessments
- Maintain business relationships with partner vendors to ensure effectivity and efficiency of manpower sourcing
- Process Improvement
- Monitor and review the vendor management process to help identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Interact with Business Units to review performance of Outsource personnel construct the necessary quality control procedures.
Stakeholder Communication
- Collaborate with human resources, delivery/project managers, finance, talent development, procurement, and business excellence to meet key success metrics
Reporting Analysis
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize workforce planning strategies and make informed staffing decisions
- Perform trend and variance analysis and maintain and/or keep track of key metrics, and recommend and implement actions to address any issues
Records Managment
Guide and assist records owner in completing the annual Business Records Inventory submission
- Conduct annual cascade of the policy and operating guidelines.
- Drive 5S practice to all Bus to ensure all records are properly safekeep and retain based on retention schedule guidelines.
- Create concise and effective reports for management review
