Join this highly respected Global Investment Bank as an Admin Assistant for a varied role supporting a small team that will keep you happy, engaged and developing.
Initial Temp cover with a view to going perm if it suits - 15the Sept - 30th Sept
The Role - Admin, Reception, EA and office management tasks -
Administration
Lunch arrangements, (both internal and external)
Provide support to all senior executives
Diary Management where needed /Assist with travel and hotel bookings
Assist with Staff Conferences & Client Events
General support duties for Office Manager, COO & CEO
Back up for Office Manager/PA
Monthly/Quarterly Reporting
Monitoring Outlook inbox
Scanning /Filing
Archive / maintain filing system
Manage office supplies
Maintenance of general office equipment (eg lights, air-conditioning, electrical problems, phone problems etc)
Maintain paper supplies
"Own" the dishwasher, coffee machine and kitchen.
Answer phones
Greet clients / prepare coffee / tea & meetings rooms
Organise Couriers
If you're covering more than half of these areas in your current / last role and looking to continue your career in financial services, this will be a great move !
