Acting as the primary point of contact for private and professional clients via phone and email, you will receive comprehensive support and training, both locally and internationally, across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Setting the benchmark for exceptional customer service with your outstanding personality and energy;
- Assisting existing clients with technical inquiries and guiding them on how to use our trading platform (training will be provided);
- Monitoring the status of client requests in collaboration with other departments;
- Handling client complaints effectively and striving for positive solutions at all times;
- Having some knowledge of KYC/CDD processes and assisting in their implementation.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field;
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support within the financial sector; experience with a broker is a plus!
- Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Excellent communication skills;
- A team player;
- Residing in or near Amsterdam.
