Our opportunity for you:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional as Senior Transfer Agent Dealings , this is a full time role, one year maternity cover.

Main responsibilities :
  • Shareholders servicing through means of an in-depth knowledge of client fund's portfolio and internal procedures:
  • Receive, control and Input transactions into the Transfer Agency system
  • Perform controls in accordance to procedures and checklists
  • Prepare and send investor communication:
  • capital call & distribution notices
  • transactions confirmation, periodic valuation statement, etc.
  • investor payment instructions
  • Prepare/Execute cash reconciliations for incoming and outgoing payments
  • Assist in the investigation and resolution of fund/investors related queries
  • Assist in the preparation of client and investor reporting, audit requests and ad-hoc client requests
  • Work in close collaboration with the operational teams
  • Report any unusual transactions
  • Work on various ad-hoc projects
  • Record the working hours/client in the time billing system according to the objectives set

Attributes/Technical Skills:
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients and third parties including lawyers, bankers, tax advisors and notaries
  • Be a team player and be supportive towards your colleagues
  • Take initiative by proactively following up on daily matters
  • Anticipate potential queries and issues. Address these queries in a timely manner by informing the responsible Manager, Accountant and/or any other Vistra officer
  • Ensure that client deadlines are met
  • Adhere to internal procedures at all times
  • Build up an in-depth knowledge of your portfolio of clients, i.e. background, purpose and structure

Relevant Experience:
  • Between 2 to 5 years of experience with a professional services firm
  • Good communication and organisational skills in order to meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive with a client service orientated attitude
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks requested at the same time
  • Ability to solve problems and work independently and as a member of a team
  • University degree in Finance and/or in Economics (ACAMS AML certification would be a distinct advantage)
