The primary function of the Pricing Analyst is to create and maintain pricing models and fee catalogues for all the products and services of the Funds Business Unit. By collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams globally, they help deliver detailed client pricing and profitability analysis, especially during client RFPs and fee renegotiations. These professionals play a crucial role by maintaining consistent pricing governance and methodologies across Vistra's clients and geographies.

- Being the first point of contact of Sales team for any pricing matters.
- Leading the pricing stream for new sales and existing rebid strategies
- Preparing price quotes as well as revenue/cost simulation during contract negotiations.
- Contributing content for sales proposals.
- Maintaining consistent pricing a) governance, b) methodologies across Vistra clients and geographies.
- Building trust with key stakeholders in the development of pricing tools. The role will require significant executive engagement to support and build confidence in the pricing methodology.
- Generating pricing and margin reports to support business decisions, including recommendations for improvement
- Supporting scrutiny of tender documents and keeping up to date with what's going on in the markets.

- Strong stakeholder management skills coupled with excellent communication skills to deal with people of various backgrounds/ working styles
- Strong data analysis skills: an ability to work with and improve quality of large datasets and inputs
- Experience of working in a global environment with partners, proven ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with remote stakeholders
- Client orientated with an assertive mind-set to solve problems /issues for the business
- Commercial and economic awareness, including awareness of business factors that can influence decisions
- Effective reporting and presentation skills
- Advanced Excel skills and strong Word, PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent command of the English (verbal and written). French or Dutch is a plus.
Desirable
- Track record of working in a pricing role, supporting cost analysis and profitability
- Knowledge of the alternative fund ecosystem, stakeholders and services
Relevant experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in one of the following functions:
- Pricing analyst / specialist.
- Fund administration, Cosec, Fund Depositary or Management Company
- Finance, accounting or audit
Education and Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business Economics, Finance, Accounting (or related disciplines) or proven equivalent experience and knowledge
