Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Depositary Operations Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets, with specific expertise in Luxembourg funds, particularly alternative investment funds. This role requires excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, and strong compliance monitoring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform reconciliation of documents to Excel files, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Conduct NAV (Net Asset Value) calculations and reviews.
- Perform cash reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
- Review asset inventories to ensure accurate tracking and compliance.
- Monitor investment restrictions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct reconciliation reviews to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective compliance monitoring processes.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Excel with strong data manipulation and analysis skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Luxembourg funds, with a focus on alternative investment funds.
- Experience in NAV calculations and cash reconciliation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compliance monitoring experience, particularly in investment restriction monitoring.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience working in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
