Join a dynamic team of Professional Services individuals who help client's gain more control over their treasury, risk & liquidity operations, and processes. The Junior Implementation Consultant is contributor on the project team during design, implementation, configuration and training of the various modules and functions within the Kyriba application. You will help our clients with configuration support, data validation, workflow validation, training, user acceptance testing and preparation for go-live. While becoming proficient in the tools and systems, you will acquire deeper knowledge of treasury systems and risk management methodologies. You will have an opportunity to take on interesting and challenging assignments and work across industries and geographies. You will be involved in project work, business development and other activities including personalized trainings, to help you grow as a consultant.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Obtain Kyriba Center of Excellence (COE) certification across various functional & technical modules including advanced modules
- Work with your manager to develop a personalized training plan for growth to learn new skills & modules
- Assist project lead on solution design workshops with customers
- Contribute to the solution design document (Blueprint)
- Assist customers with core data workbook and understanding data for requirements gathering
- Cross-train across functional and connectivity modules
- Provide connectivity banking letter templates to customers based on scope
- Configure & test solutions/workflow in the client database for various modules
- Assist customer in testing phases prior to go-live and provide go-live support
- Participate in targeted workshops under guidance of team lead
- Apply Kyriba Implementation Methodology and Project Management best practices to all client implementations
- Ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed based on project plans and progress is tracked in project management software
- Ensure timesheets are entered accurately and on-time
- Maintain a billable utilization rate of 80%
Education, Experience and Skills:
- 1 - 3 years' experience preferred in corporate treasury, treasury management system implementations, professional services or other relevant experience
- Knowledge in the following functions is a plus: Cash Management & Forecasting, Connectivity, Payments, FX Exposure Management, Financial Transactions, General Ledger, Financial Accounting, Hedge Accounting, ERP Integrations & Risk Management
- Baccalaureate or Graduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or relevant work experience
- Previous experience with implementing TMS, FinTech, SaaS, ERP or Financial Systems is a plus
- Previous experience with FTP, SQL, Business Intelligence is a plus
- Fluent English and French
- Excellent problem-solving skills and enjoys coming up with innovate solutions
- Critical thinking and out-of-the box solution approach
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
