As a Finance Operations Officer you will be key in the performance of day to day activities of the Finance team, in particular administration of the Loan Management System (LMS).

This is a junior role and would suit someone in the early stages of their career. Melbourne based.

Key responsibilities:

• Process receipts and payments within the LMS.
• Daily account reconciliations / cashflow report.
• Monthly GL reconciliations.
• Resolution of queries raised by the business.
• Assist with financial reporting requirements.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or working towards one.
• Desire to learn new systems, processes and skills.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Proven work experience within a Finance Operations function or similar.
• Must have excellent working knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with Xero or Workday and using Power BI would be advantageous.
