Job Description
To facilitate the completion of CFS due diligence questionnaires and related materials, such as the Citco Standard Questionnaire. The candidate will project-manage various types of questionnaires by working with key internal subject matter experts, collecting and collating questionnaire responses, following up on outstanding information, seeking appropriate approvals, and escalate any matters where appropriate. Furthermore, when required, the candidate will organize and facilitate due diligence calls and meetings; this includes organizing participants, opening the conference line, noting follow-up items, and closing the meeting. The candidate is also responsible for maintaining internal trackers and producing weekly senior leadership updates.

Responsibilities
- Prepare written responses to investor due diligence questionnaires and confirming with operational teams to ensure that responses provided are accurate
- Project manage due diligence questionnaires by creating internal deadlines and ensuring that overall SLA is met
- Organize and facilitate DDQ calls alongside appropriate individuals from the business
- Act as the central point of contact for clients and internal teams when facilitating investor DDQs
- Escalate any items in risk of slipping to supervisor in a timely fashion
- Facilitate the periodic update of standardized documents by working with internal subject matter experts
- Coordinate with Citco legal and investors to execute non-disclosure agreements
- Ensuring all items in team inboxes have been actioned accordingly
- Maintain adherence to all standard procedures and best practices
- Develop a strong understanding of Citco's operational practices to ensure responses to questionnaires are accurate
- Maintenance of internal contact and DDQ trackers
- Preparation of weekly senior leadership update emails
- Assist with ad-hoc projects where appropriate
Qualifications
- University degree in a relevant discipline and ideally 2+ years of experience in a financial services firm
- Critical thinker / detail oriented
- Strong sense of ownership
- Proficiency in communication skills, including both oral and written
- Due Diligence experience at a financial services firm is a plus
- Flexibility in work schedule as business demand necessitate and ability to adapt to change
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills/business acumen
- Proficient at MS Office Suite
