We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Manager, Local Payment and Infrastructure
Principal responsibilities
- Manage and execute implementation of retail payments initiatives, ensure quality deliverables which meet internal and external customers' requirement.
- Plan, formulate and deliver business strategic KPIs or initiatives aimed at achieving seamless customer experience, streamlining the end-to-end operation process, sustaining business growth and competitive edge of retail payment products and services.
- Maintain timely communication with various stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to ensure requirements are aligned with business objective.
- Liaise with various stakeholders to manage initiatives to address the changing customer and business needs.
- Enhance local payment system via customer centric digital payment journey and capture opportunities from regulatory changes. Enrich customer engagement via commercialization of payment capabilities and throughout customer lifecycle.
- Prepare relevant strategy papers, business proposals and reports for presentation to senior management.
- Keep abreast of the latest compliance requirements of the Group, Bank and regulatory authorities, initiate necessary internal and external communication plan, internal procedural and system changes.
- University Degree or other relevant post graduate qualification
- Minimum 7 years' experience in retail payments product management or related, prior experience in digital, platform development or multi-functional projects would be an asset
- Strong project management skills, outcome focus with adaptability and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Numerate, positive, flexible and self-motivated individual
- Strong business acumen and analytic skills, able to navigate conflicting priorities
- Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
