Description

Performs a wide range of duties from clerical and reconciliation functions to more technical bookkeeping and accounting functions. May perform a variety of back-office operational activities, including wire transfers. Applicant must pass a background check and credit check.

Primary Duties:
  • Maintain general ledger accounts
  • Process accounts payable
  • Prepare bank reconciliations
  • Research and resolve issues in various types of accounts

Requirements:
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with accounting concepts a plus
