Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Relationship Manager/Wealth Advisor to join our team at [Bank Name]. Provide personalized wealth management advice, including investment strategies, retirement planning, and estate planning.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with various business departments to assess client needs and coordinate the delivery of appropriate financial services.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that client requests and issues are addressed promptly.
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with external partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality information technology and communication services.
Oversee the implementation of ITIL methodologies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure all financial products and services comply with regulatory standards, including CoBit, ISO27001, and local industry regulations.
Lead information security risk assessment programs and assist with audit processes to maintain compliance with HASLA Information Security Control standards.
Process Improvement:
Develop, review, and maintain operational processes and guidelines for managing data centers, hardware systems, and security systems.
Continuously evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing systems and services to improve client satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and KPI reports to communicate progress and performance metrics to management and clients.
Maintain thorough records of client interactions and service requests to ensure accountability and transparency.
Qualifications / Experience / Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business, Computer Science).
At least 6 years of experience in relationship management or wealth advisory, with a proven track record of client retention and satisfaction.
Strong knowledge of financial products and services, investment strategies, and market trends.
Experience in managing outsourcing vendor relationships and IT service delivery.
Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., CoBit, ISO27001, ITIL) and knowledge of the regulatory environment in the financial industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze complex financial information and present it clearly to clients.
