As the Accounts Payable Manager, you will oversee and manage the accounts payable function, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and compliance with company policies. You will play a key role in optimizing processes and supporting the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor communication.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors while adhering to payment terms.
  • Reconcile accounts payable ledger to ensure all payments and invoices are accounted for and correctly posted.
  • Lead and mentor the accounts payable team, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and address any queries or disputes promptly.


Desired Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a scaling or technology-driven organization.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and accounting software; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., AAT, ACCA, CIMA) is desirable but not mandatory.
