Are you interested in sustainable finance and related regulatory framework for investment funds? Do you know how to improve efficiency and support automation? You are solution oriented and a great team player?

We're looking for Depositary Bank Supervision Specialist for 12 months to:

- actively participating in the day to day operational depositary work, ensuring compliance of Alternative Investment Funds with regulations, with a focus on the following depositary duties: Cash monitoring, Safekeeping.
- performing analysis and controls in order to mitigate the risk linked to depositary services.
- instructing OPS PERE team to ensure a proper recordkeeping of clients assets such as Capital calls/Distributions, Subscriptions/Redemptions, Microfinance loans positions.
- ensuring proper review of Investments/Divestments.

Your team

You will join the Safekeeping and Supervision team within the Depositary Bank in Luxembourg,

Your expertise

We are seeking a professional who is able to demonstrate the following:

- hold at least a bachelor's degree preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or Law.
- keen interest in the Financial Sector and specifically in the AIF Industry.
- up to 2 years of relevant experience is desirable.
- fluency in written and verbal English, French will be consider an asset.
- good knowledge of MS Office.
- organized, flexible and able to manage several tasks.
- dynamic and have excellent communication skills.
- possess team spirit, the capacity to build strong client relationships and take initiative to act without waiting for direction when appropriate
