Role Overview:
Reporting to Financial Controller, Hong Kong, this mid-senior role takes on the day-to-day responsibility of the entire finance process for our TP ICAP Broking business brands including regulatory and statutory reporting as well as providing insightful management information.

Role Overview:
Reporting to Financial Controller, Hong Kong, this mid-senior role takes on the day-to-day responsibility of the entire finance process for our TP ICAP Broking business brands including regulatory and statutory reporting as well as providing insightful management information.
Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure the production of accurate and timely financial and management accounting information
- Oversee the preparation and issuance of required financial statement including PL, BS, flash, all Regional reports and Group Reporting Pack
- Ensure bank and cash records are properly managed, reviewed and reconciled with bank statements and online records of the Hong Kong entity periodically
- Provide the business with accurate management financial information so as to enable decision making
- Work with Operations/ Settlement team to ensure revenues and discounts reconcile with brokerages being recorded in the trade capturing system
- Deliver budgets and forecasts as required
- Manage the external audit process
- Manage tax compliance of the entity and monitor tax exposures
- Ensure the financial regulatory compliance (capital adequacy) of the entity
- Ensure appropriate control over expenditure, applying the group's expenditure control framework and ensuring appropriate control over payments
- Work with IT/system development team to ensure UAT process is conducted, as well as post implementation monitoring
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Essential
- Bachelor 's degree in finance, accounting or related discipline
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, AICPA or equivalent)
- Substantial experience in Financial Accounting in a multinational company.
- Experienced MS Office user
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Able to work under pressure with good prioritisation and organisational skills
- Mature, independent, self-motivated with good analytical skills
- Knowledge in Oracle, OneStream/Hyperion HFM and Essbase
- External audit experience
- Knowledge of SFC and HKMA rules and application
