As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and leading a dedicated team. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a sales team of 3-4 professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide mentorship and career development support to team members, preparing for future team expansion.

Qualifications
  • 5-12 years of experience.
  • Proven sales experience in the FX sectors is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, managing a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to analyse market data and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Fluent in English.
