**Seeking VP of FPA and Reporting for Entertainment Co.**
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a VP/Director of Finance for Entertainment/Music in Los Angeles, California. This role is centered around the music industry and will involve significant interaction with various departments. The work environment is dynamic, and we are seeking someone who can effectively manage financial operations.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial activities including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for artist signings, renegotiations, investments, and acquisitions to align with our business objectives
• Manage and improve the financial structure of artist projects, including budgeting and reporting, while ensuring the financial system evolves with the industry
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to guide financial operations related to record releases
• Participate in the evaluation of potential M& A targets and conduct pre- and post-transaction deal analysis and valuations
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support long-term growth and profitability.
• Support the global target and budget process by evaluating global market forecasts by territory and accounting for the financial impact of various operational decisions
• Supervise and manage the FP& A team, ensuring effective support on project budgets, forecasts, reporting, and analysis
Requirements
• Position: VP/Director of Finance
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field
• Experience with Accounting Software Systems
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
• Ability to manage Annual Budget
• Experience in Auditing
• Understanding of Budget Processes
• Proficiency in Financial Modeling
• Experience in Forecasting & Modeling
• Expertise in Corporate Financial Planning
