Job Description
Role Summary:
Ensuring the financial monitoring of SAFE projects by maintaining accurate financial records, analysing project margins, and preparing financial reports.
Main Responsibilities:
Conduct margin analysis for ongoing SAFE projects to assess profitability, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide insights for improved financial performance.
Compile and prepare Profits & and Lost statements for individual projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
Generate and verify project invoices, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner in accordance with project agreements.
Generate and analyze financial reports related to project performance, providing valuable insights to project managers and senior leadership.
Reconcile financial data related to clients, ensuring that accounts are accurate, up-to-date, and discrepancies are promptly resolved.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Proficiency in financial analysis techniques to evaluate project margins, cost structures, and profitability.
Project Accounting
Strong understanding of project accounting principles, including revenue recognition, cost allocation, and project budgeting.
Invoicing and Billing
Knowledge of invoicing and billing processes, including the ability to create accurate invoices and ensure timely payment.
Financial Reporting
Experience in preparing financial reports, interpreting financial data, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- +5 years of experience in various rules.
- CMA, SOCPA, CMA, is preferred.
