Position Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding stakeholder requirements, documenting business needs, and collaborating with IT to implement effective system solutions that drive the organisation's success in the competitive financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document requirements
- Communicate business needs to IT for system implementation
- Drive UAT process, liaising between business and IT
- Lead stakeholder conversations to ensure task progress
- Support project reporting to key stakeholders
- Assist in initiating projects aligned with BTF methodology
- 10-12 years of project management and business analysis experience
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Proficiency in building business and functional requirements documents
- Strong data analysis and systems impact analysis skills
- Desire to comprehend complexities and solutions offered by systems
- Knowledge of Agile Delivery Methodology
- Background in Finance, Treasury, or Risk projects
- Understanding of Leverage ratios, Double Leverage, and Holdings Capital Buffer
