Business Analyst - Global Banking Leader

Our client, a global banking and financial services leader, is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive project success and deliver innovative solutions in Krakow, Poland.

Position Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding stakeholder requirements, documenting business needs, and collaborating with IT to implement effective system solutions that drive the organisation's success in the competitive financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document requirements
• Communicate business needs to IT for system implementation
• Drive UAT process, liaising between business and IT
• Lead stakeholder conversations to ensure task progress
• Support project reporting to key stakeholders
• Assist in initiating projects aligned with BTF methodology

Requirements

• 10-12 years of project management and business analysis experience
• Proven track record of successful project delivery
• Proficiency in building business and functional requirements documents
• Strong data analysis and systems impact analysis skills
• Desire to comprehend complexities and solutions offered by systems
• Knowledge of Agile Delivery Methodology
• Background in Finance, Treasury, or Risk projects
• Understanding of Leverage ratios, Double Leverage, and Holdings Capital Buffer
