Our client, a leading global bank, is seeking an experienced Europe Senior ESG Reporting Manager to drive their ESG disclosure and reporting initiatives in Krakow, Poland.

Position Overview
The Europe Senior ESG Reporting Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring fair, balanced, and understandable external ESG disclosures that meet evolving regulatory requirements, working closely with senior business and finance stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update senior management on CSRD and ESRS disclosure requirements
- Drive design, execution, and documentation of ESG disclosure and controls
- Develop and manage controls and assurance process for external reporting quality
- Support wider climate strategy and implications for the bank's European operations
- Plan and execute production of external ESG disclosures, ensuring robust governance
- Minimum 7 years' finance experience at a major institution
- Knowledge of NFRD and experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis
- Commercial outlook connecting numbers, performance drivers, and real-world events
- Project management skills, including creating lean processes and governance structures
- Quantitative degree, ideally with professional education in Finance (Qualified Accountant)
- French language skill is advantageous
