Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Lead the FP&A function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to ensure alignment with corporate strategies.
- Analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement robust financial reporting frameworks to support decision-making processes.
- Transformation Strategy:
- Drive transformational initiatives that enhance financial processes, improve data analytics, and optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and agile.
- Leadership & Development:
- Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A and transformation team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Establish strong partnerships with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the insurance industry.
- Proven track record in driving financial transformation projects and process improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
