Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Lead the FP&A function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to ensure alignment with corporate strategies.
    • Analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
    • Develop and implement robust financial reporting frameworks to support decision-making processes.
  • Transformation Strategy:
    • Drive transformational initiatives that enhance financial processes, improve data analytics, and optimize resource allocation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
    • Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and agile.
  • Leadership & Development:
    • Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A and transformation team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
    • Establish strong partnerships with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align financial strategies with business objectives.
    • Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record in driving financial transformation projects and process improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
