A rapidly expanding MGA that is writing over £2bn GWP is looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join their finance department to act as the main point of contact to the wider UK business on planning, reporting, and analysis. This is a highly visible and dynamic team offering the opportunity for the right candidate to interact with senior management from across the group.
The main responsibilities of this Senior Finance Business Partner role will include:
The successful candidate for this Senior Finance Business Partner will need experience in Business Partnering or FP&A within financial services, ideally within insurance industry. The candidate must also be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
The main responsibilities of this Senior Finance Business Partner role will include:
- Supporting the UK Exec & MDs planning the future strategy of the UK Retail business.
- Take lead on the financial modelling of new strategic initiatives.
- Helping with decision making, by leading on the production of monthly KPIs.
- Providing financial support to commercial decision making.
- To challenge key stakeholders to ensure that all concepts have been considered before key decisions are made.
- Leading the production of the UK Retail budget and forecast processes, key stakeholder management and presenting the UK budget to the Group Exec.
- Supporting any projects as they arise.
