Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-tier assistance to the CEO, managing schedules, travel, communications, and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Collaborate with various teams to support internal projects and liaise with stakeholders across the organization.
- Build and nurture relationships with internal teams and external partners, including high-level executives in the financial sector.
- Organize and execute company-wide meetings and events, ensuring smooth operations and on-time delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 4-10 years in high-level administrative roles, with prior experience as an EA in financial services or a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Skilled in executive support, cross-functional project coordination, and working with diverse stakeholders, including external financial professionals.
- Confident in managing multiple priorities in an evolving environment, with the ability to think quickly and act decisively.
- Outstanding communication abilities, capable of tailoring messages for different audiences while maintaining a polished and professional tone.
- Adept in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
