VP Fund Accounting Oversight

Key Responsibilities of the VP Fund Accounting Oversight:

• Oversee the European fund accounting function, ensuring smooth operational performance.
• Respond to fund accounting queries from internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and review fund dividend distributions to shareholders, managing the governance process.
• Oversee third-party vendors supporting fund administration.
• Support account management and business development initiatives.
• Manage fund events, including launches and liquidations.
• Drive process improvement projects and contribute to system development.

The successful VP Fund Accounting Oversight will meet the following criteria:

• A degree or equivalent in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in fund accounting, with knowledge of distribution waterfalls and dividend processes.
• Strong understanding of UCITS and mutual fund operations.
• Exceptional project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA experience is advantageous).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and client-service focused.
