Our client is a growing European-based investment management firm that provides professional discretionary portfolio management services to high-net-worth clients and prestigious institutions. As part of their continued expansion in Europe, they are seeking motivated individuals to join the team as a Financial Advisor to support their Italian clients from our Dublin office.

The role

The Financial Advisor role focuses on managing relationships with high-net-worth clients in Italy. You will play a key part in educating clients on financial markets, portfolio changes, and our investment philosophy, ensuring they receive outstanding service. You'll report to a Team Manager who will support your career development.

Responsibilities:
  • Build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring they always receive exceptional service
  • Manage a portfolio of client relationships with assets ranging from €100-150 million
  • Act as the key link between clients, investment committees, research teams, and service departments
  • Proactively update clients on portfolio adjustments, market trends, and financial strategies
  • Benefit from advanced training in finance and capital markets

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience working with private clients in banking or wealth management in Italy
  • Strong knowledge of financial concepts, markets, and current events
  • Native Italian and fluent English language skills (additional European languages are a plus)
  • Ability to connect with and educate a variety of audiences
  • A positive and empathetic personality, with a client-first approach
  • A Bachelor's, Master's Degree, or CFA certification is an advantage
  • QFA or CISI Level 4 qualification is beneficial
