I'm currently working with a Global broker on the appointment of a Chief of Staff. We are looking for a driven and organised professional to support the CEO of a fast-growing division. This role offers direct exposure to executive decision-making and dynamic business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in shaping strategy, managing projects, and preparing high-impact presentations.
• Coordinate key initiatives across teams, ensuring timely execution.
• Conduct analyses to support decision-making and deliver actionable insights.

What You Bring:

• Strong consulting or strategy experience.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Confidence working with senior leaders and adapting to fast-paced environments.

This is a rare chance to influence at the top level while driving personal and professional growth. It's essential you have previous experience operating within the insurance market and there will be an expectation to be in the London office 4-5 days a week, mirroring the senior leader you'll be working closely with.
