We're seeking a future member for the role of Financial and Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join our CONTROLLERS - External Reporting team. This role is in Pune, MH- Hybrid.

We're seeking a future member for the role of Financial and Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join our CONTROLLERS - External Reporting team. This role is in Pune, MH- Hybrid.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Prepare and review financial and regulatory reports in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Analyse financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide commentary for Balance Sheet and Income Statement.
- Observations and recommendations on Balance Sheet and P&L trends
- Develop and maintain a control mindset, ensuring all processes are efficient and effective.
- Stay updated with new technologies and learn new skills to enhance reporting processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Develop knowledge in Basel reporting and non-Basel reporting.
- Understand financial products and financial statements to provide insightful analysis.
- Work confidently and proactively on unstructured assignments.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or ICMA.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in the banking industry, with a focus on financial and regulatory reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Control mindset and readiness to learn new things.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Keen interest in developing knowledge in Basel and non-Basel reporting.
- Understanding of financial products and financial statements is an added advantage.
- Confident, proactive, and able to work on unstructured assignments.
- Work experience in Legal Entity Reporting & Professional CA Firms is preferred.
