Corporate Finance Analyst
Team Introduction:
Reporting to Global Treasury, Chubb's Corporate Finance function is responsible for the evaluation and execution of capital structure and hedging transactions. This includes debt and equity financing, share repurchase and dividend policy, interest rate & foreign exchange hedging, liquidity management and bank relations.

Based in New York City, the Corporate Finance Analyst will support the execution of the Company's global capital structure strategy, cash & liquidity policy, and foreign exchange & interest rate risk management.

The pay range for the role is $73,000 to $124,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors. Based in New York City, the Corporate Finance Analyst will support the execution of the Company's global capital structure strategy, cash & liquidity policy, and foreign exchange & interest rate risk management.
Major Responsibilities:
- Support Chubb senior management, including the Global Treasurer and CFO
- Evaluate and execute transactions with Chubb's banking relationships. Including, but not limited to, credit facilities, letters of credit, derivatives (foreign exchange & interest rates), equity & debt capital markets, share repurchase, liquidity & cash management
- Analysis and peer benchmarking to understand capital markets opportunities, emerging trends and industry dynamics
- Produce financial reporting and exposure monitoring
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience (corporate treasury, banking, accounting)
- Strong interest in the global capital markets and insurance industry
- Highly motivated individual with attention to detail and ability to learn and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to draft high-quality presentation materials
- Strong analytical skills including both quantitative and qualitative techniques
- Knowledge of basic financial and accounting concepts
- Discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, statistics, economics, or general business
