About the Role

We are looking for an Investment Associate to join our team. The Associate will be a vital team member responsible for deal execution, including financial and operational analysis of prospective and current investments. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on operational and transaction experience with a firm that has defined the growth equity investments space in Ukraine and the region.

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining relationships with prospective investee companies and entrepreneurs and proactively sourcing new investment opportunities.
• Working on all aspects of investment process, from deal origination, due diligence analysis and execution to portfolio value creation and exits.
• Conducting due diligence on targets and market research on compelling investment sectors.
• Preparing pitch decks and other marketing materials to support business development.
• Being actively involved in monitoring portfolio companies, including financial and operating performance, and strategic value-add projects.
• Developing and delivering periodic reports covering the fund’s portfolio.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Complete higher education.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in PE/VC, investment banking, strategy consulting, Big4, technology startups etc.
• Good knowledge and passion about Ukrainian and regional tech ecosystem and, preferably, an existing network of founders and other market players.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and English.
• Advanced financial modeling and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
• Uncompromisingly high professional standards and values.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and growth mindset; willingness to contribute and make an impact.
