Your new role
You are a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager with experience managing the A-Z of finance for a business. This standalone role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage all aspects of the internal financial operations, reporting, and strategy of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all internal financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, payroll and invoicing.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, statements, and analyses to senior management.
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk within the business.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial professionals.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of the business's financial activities.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CA certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and investment strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
