Role Description
The Interim Rewards Specialist will be responsible for the implementation, and management of job levelling, rewards, benefits, compensation, and pension schemes. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent while aligning with the company's strategic objectives and maintaining its high standards of integrity, passion, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Job Leveling: Develop and maintain a robust job leveling framework to ensure consistent and equitable evaluation of roles across the organization.
  • Rewards: Design and implement comprehensive reward programs that motivate and recognize employee performance and contribution.
  • Benefits: Oversee the administration of employee benefits, ensuring competitive and attractive offerings that meet the needs of a diverse workforce.
  • Compensation: Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure that compensation packages remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Pension Schemes: Manage pension schemes to provide secure and valuable retirement benefits for employees, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in rewards, benefits, compensation, and pension schemes within a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in HR software and compensation management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
